• End-to-end product lifecycle (ideation → launch → growth → maturity → sunsetting)
• Core mindsets: customer obsession, outcome over output, and data-informed decision-making
What you’ll learn::
• Designing and running customer interviews and surveys
• Crafting personas and journey maps
• Competitive analysis and market-sizing techniques
• Lean validation: MVPs, smoke tests, and usability studies
What you’ll learn:
• Defining a compelling product vision & mission aligned to company goals
• Setting objectives & key results (OKRs) to track progress
• Building a strategic roadmap: time horizons, themes, and epics
• Prioritization frameworks—RICE, MoSCoW, Value vs. Effort—and backlog management
What you will learn:
• Agile principles and the Scrum framework
• Running sprint ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives
• Writing and grooming user stories, acceptance criteria, and defining “Done”
• Velocity, story points, and using burndown/burnup charts
Duration: 5-6 hours per week, for 10 weeks
• Human-centered design process: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test
• Low-fidelity wireframes vs. high-fidelity mockups
• Usability testing techniques and interpreting feedback
• Working with designers: design handoff and design systems basics
What you will learn:
• Anatomy of a web app: frontend vs. backend vs. database
• HTML, CSS & JavaScript overview (what you need to know to converse with devs)
• RESTful APIs, authentication, and common data formats (JSON, XML)
• Version control with Git/GitHub and an intro to CI/CD pipelines
• Technical debt, code reviews, and how to estimate development effort
What you’ll learn:
• Defining north-star, health, and actionable metrics (activation, retention, revenue)
• Instrumenting analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Designing and running A/B tests: hypotheses, sample size, and significance
• Interpreting results and iterating on learnings

• Identifying and mapping stakeholders (RACI, DACI)
• Effective communication rhythms: updates, demos, and steering committees
• Writing crisp PRDs, one-pagers, and roadmap briefs
• Negotiation and conflict resolution across teams
What you'll learn:
• Launch planning checklist: positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging
• Channel strategy: direct, marketplace, partnerships
• Crafting launch collateral: release notes, blog posts, sales decks
• Cross-functional launch war room and post-mortem analysis
What you’ll learn:
• Influencing without authority: leading by vision and data
• PM interview prep: product sense, estimation, and behavioral frameworks
• Building your PM portfolio: writing case studies, showcasing prototypes, and documenting your decision-making process
• Resume & LinkedIn best practices and launching a personal portfolio site (Notion, Webflow, GitHub Pages)
